Gabriel Chand founded Chand & Company Law Corporation in 2007. Gabriel has extensive litigation experience, having appeared before all of the divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Federal Court, the British Columbia Provincial Court, the British Columbia Supreme Court, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. In 2005, he appeared as lead counsel in proceedings before the Supreme Court of Canada.

 

Gabriel is also an instructor at the University of British Columbia (UBC). He has been an instructor for the program, Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies, and Procedures for over 10 years. Gabriel has given speeches, seminars and put on workshops on immigration-related issues for various organizations and educational institutions in Canada and overseas.

 

Gabriel has assisted hundreds of individuals enter Canada temporarily and permanently from all over the world. He also works closely with domestic and foreign businesses, providing professional and effective immigration legal services and strategies to his business clients.
