shíshálh Elders Support Lilxmitawtxw "House of Caring"

Golden Eagle presented shíshálh Elders our collective design for a shíshálh Nation model of Indigenous led primary healthcare. Today we introduced "Lilxmitawtxw " which is shíshálh language for "House of Caring". Through this project we will be bringing back the "Care" in Healthcare. using Indigenous culture and healing practices. The Elders were very happy and in full support of the project.
