Very Exciting! Our Trauma Informed Legal Practice Toolkit hardcopies arrived this weekend. We owe a great debt of gratitude to our own Myrna McCallum for heading up the team that developed this necessary resource. Education in the area of trauma will not only work to alleviate the stresses vulnerable folks feel when interacting with the legal system, it can also help the practitioner identify harmful vicarious effects. Our toolkit is a great place to start learning.
